  • Step 1: Contact us to arrange a meeting. We’ll discuss your potential trademark ideas.
  • Step 2: We conduct a Comprehensive Trademark Clearance Search (federal, state and social media searches).
  • Step 3: We consult with you regarding detailed search report and strategize next steps.
  • Step 4: We assist with establishing proof of use and customize a description for your mark.
  • Step 5: We file the trademark application with the USPTO.
  • Step 6: We keep you regularly updated as to the status of your trademark application.
  • Step 7: We send registered mark certificate and the DIY Brand Protection Toolkit (Form Cease & Desist Letter, and Form Take Down Notice).

*The price is based on one international classification and the actual use of your brand. The price DOES NOT include legal defense before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, such as responses to Petitions for Cancellations or Petitions filed in Objection to your trademark application; substantive Office Action responses, responses to cease and desist letters, sending takedown notice(s) for perceived violators or non-trademark legal issues pertaining to the filed trademark application. Please note additional fees will be charged at the current billable hourly rate for any and all actions requested outside of the Trademark Success Steps.
